Anna provided her coaching input for me in preparing for a public engagement performance. As a medical doctor, the limited training we have is very much focused on efficiency of information delivery. Anna worked with me on the content, having me reflect and hone in on the key messages I wanted to convey, in a way that was appropriate and engaging for my audience. She also reviewed how I was talking and moving, and coached me through trying different ways of delivering the content, to most effectively engage the audience and hold their attention. Hannah was extremely helpful to me when preparing for my first ever interview by videocall. It was a daunting situation to get my head around. Hannah gave me loads of advice and tips on how to set myself up in the best possible way and was very reassuring throughout. She draws on her own professional performance practice, her extensive experience of online coaching and is an amazing person to learn from. I had one session learning the things I needed to pay attention to, and a follow-up one where I put (most of) that into practice. Hannah was really encouraging about the difference I had made and how I was coming across, and then helped to tweak elements that could be better, and even helped with warm-up techniques for the nerves beforehand.
